Nathan is the Executive Director of Assent Financial Services, he is responsible for the service delivery of all major clients.
Nathan has been an insurance broker since 2006, has extensive experience with a broad range of industries, the policies applicable within each industry and the types of claims made.
Specifically Nathan specialises in Directors & Officers Liability, Legal Liabilities, Cyber Liability and Workers’ Compensation.
Furthermore his studies in business law give Nathan the ability to provide insight into company, contractual, tax (both domestic & foreign), employment, consumer protection, intellectual property, international business, property and tort of negligence laws.

Erin is an account executive at Assent responsible for a sizeable SME portfolio with over 350 clients. Erin’s role includes programme formation, contract negotiation, new business submission, claims handling and staff training.
Erin entered the insurance industry in 2010 working with Australia’s largest general insurer IAG as a domestic/SME underwriter. Erin made the move to broking for a greater level of accountability and personal growth.
Erin completed high school qualifying for all major universities and has made progress with both a commerce and economics degree. These qualifications set the foundation to move into more niche areas of insurance as her experience and expertise grow.

Caroline is the office manager with the key responsibility of managing the Assent financial accounts, ensuring all staff are properly trained in all matters linked to our operating system Winbeat and assisting the Responsible Manager with compliance, systems and management reporting.
Caroline has extensive experience in company secretarial duties of both public and private companies. She has knowledge of corporate regulation, company board administration, ASIC regulations and executive management. With her qualification in Information Systems, she assists with managing Assent's computer system and website design.
She speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, earlier in her career, she worked for Airport Authority Hong Kong. She then worked at Parmelia Hilton Hotel for a number of years as General Manager's Assistant.
Assistant Account Executive

Melissa is responsible for the management and processing of bulk renewals for Assent clients via the Sunrise system involving some 8 insurance companies. She also is an assistant account executive responsible for negotiating terms, remarketing, mid-term changes and claims handling under the supervision of the account manager.
Melissa has had a career in mining and energy company finance and administration prior to joining insurance industry in 2009. She is from an insurance family having grown up knowing the industry. Starting from reception and learning about customer service, training systems and broking from the ground up, she brings to the company eight years’ experience in both the administration underwriting and assistant broking roles.
Melissa is a role model for “working from home” Mums and is supported by Assent’s work balance and diversity policy. Her broad experience complements Assent’s range of clients in different industries.
